The tranquil surroundings at Vootrekker Monument Nature Reserve are the perfect backdrop for your out-of-office conferencing and training requirements. Our all-purpose conference centre consists of 6 conference rooms and a boardroom. Although our packages include a wide range of services and options, our Conference Coordinator will assist you to ensure that all you requirements are met.

Equipment that is not included in our Standard Package, but which are available (at an additional cost):
- Lapel and Cordless Microphones
- Data Projector/ LCD recording system
- Video Conferencing equipment
- A business centre, from where faxes can sent or copies can be made
A wide variety of leisure activities are also available, with all of them situated only a few minutes away from The Monument Function Centre. So after your conference why not consider one of the following:

- Or for the more adventurous there is hot-air ballooning, abseiling, rock-climbing and much more

In addition the “Boma” is also available for a relaxing sundowner or “Bosbraai”, after a tiring day.
